we wanted to share those 'Thanks' with you.

"Dear Charlotte,
I wanted to take a moment to thank  you for the amazing job you did on our event last week. We have been putting on these workshops for about 9 years now, and this was our first one on the Kenai Peninsula. It was a great success, and part of this was do to the extraordinary service that we received from your employees, as well as the quality of the lunch that you provided.

Until that morning, none of us had ever eaten at your restaurant, so we were going on blind faith when we booked this event with you several months ago. We were amazed at the breakfast that we had, and then blown away by the set-up, service, and lunch that was provided for our event at the Center.

The two gals that served at the event did an amazing job. The set-up was wonderful, they came through and cleared place settings silently so as not to disturb the presenters, and their cheerful, helpful attitudes were awesome.

.........The workshop was a success by all standards, so we will be back next year for another one, and I hope to be able to partner with you again at that time. I well be recommending your restaurant, and catering services to anyone that I can!
